The 9 Tales of Petal: A Small Cat's Adventures in the Mysterious Feral World

East of the Sun and west of the Moon
lies a mysterious hidden land.

This is Petal’s Feral World, a beautiful
and sometimes forbidding realm of forests,
mountains and hills, rivers and seas,
and worlds below.

Its inhabitants are small creatures, giants,
demigods, witches and jealous stars.
A tiny heroine who is sometimes funny,
sometimes brave and adventurous, always
curious, Petal is a pink and green cat
with magical fur.

Her adventures take place in the Feral World,
an enchanted natural realm.

Her unique and eccentric family and friends
include Tabitha, Thomas, Sassy and Soots;
Topknot, Antic Squirrel, Paddy the water rat,
the King of the dolphins, Edward Bear,
the 3 Spinners, the Bumbles, Pan, Jack Frost
and his friend the Unicorn.

The Feral World is not exempt from
evildoers either. Wicked witches and
jealous stars are part of the tableau.

The Tales of Petal will take children
of all ages on enchanted journeys beyond
the known horizon, into the realm of
imagination and beauty.
