Shipping
Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within the contiguous United States, covering the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.
- Order processing: 1–3 business days
- Transit time after shipment: 1–5 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 2–8 business days
The daily order cutoff is 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Orders placed after the cutoff begin processing on the next business day. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not business days.
Orders may be fulfilled by third-party fulfillment partners. Tracking is sent by email when available, and an order may arrive in more than one package.
Returns
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned when requested within 14 calendar days after delivery. For a standard return, the customer pays return shipping, and Books Prime does not charge a restocking fee.
For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery. Books Prime covers approved replacement or return shipping costs for these cases.
Wait for authorization before sending a return, and do not send an item directly to a supplier or fulfillment partner. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
