Refund policy

Returns

Books Prime accepts returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging when requested within 14 calendar days after delivery.

To request a return, use the contact form on our Help page and wait for return authorization and instructions. Do not send an item directly to a supplier or fulfillment partner without authorization.

Return shipping and fees

For a standard return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Books Prime does not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, has a quality defect, or is not the item ordered, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery. Books Prime will cover approved replacement or return shipping costs for these cases.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

Non-returnable items

Opened physical media is generally not returnable unless it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Books Prime sells physical books, vinyl records, CDs, DVDs, and Blu-rays only; we do not sell digital downloads.
