I woke up looking through the eyes of twelve-year-old Grayson Richards. That is who I am now.

Terrified of being locked away as a science experiment, I faked amnesia and stepped into a life I didn’t know. Not wanting to face the trials of middle school, I aced the school assessment test, skipped ahead a few grades, and suddenly found myself in high school beside my big brother—the greatest high school quarterback in the state of Ohio.

I was just beginning to learn how to be a kid again—how to blend in despite being labeled a genius—when my superpowers appeared: the dream of every comic book loving kid.

Now I have to figure out how to live this second chance… and what must I do to become the hero that I’m destined to be?
