Established under Executive Order 14023 in April 2021, the Presidential Commission on the Supreme Court of the United States was directed to review the role of the Supreme Court and analyze the contemporary proposals relating to the the Court. In December 2021, the Commission released its final report to President Joe Biden. The report is divided into five chapters:

Chapter 1: The History of Reforms and Reforms Debate
Chapter 2: Membership and Size of the Court
Chapter 3: Term Limits
Chapter 4: The Court's Role in the Constitutional System
Chapter 5: The Supreme Court's Procedures and Practices.


The Commission was chaired by Bob Bauer and Cristina M. Rodríguez.
