The adventures continue as ten-year-old Hana and her unusual best friend, Amber, are on their way to Mossy Marsh for a summer vacation. Their families have rented two remote cabins deep in the heart of the Wetlands. While visiting a nearby village they make friends with local twins, Kai and Dakota, whose grandmother fills their imaginations with folklore tales of witchcraft and deadly serpents.
A whispering tree magically connects with Amber's little sister, Tunny, offering her clues to a mystery. It warns them of an evil plan that is threatening the very existence of the animals and plants that depend on human co-operation to survive. The answers they're looking for are hidden amongst eerie swamps, remote islands and old forgotten ruins. They look to their families for help.
