Of course, for kids to be engaged, there has to be something to capture their attention - in this case, it is energetic, trendy music that borrows from the kind of musical styles they regularly hear on the radio, like electronic pop and hip-hop. Nestled between those beats and breaks are lyrics about choosing food wisely, empowerment in one's dietary decisions, and several songs that encourage kids to get their butts off the couch and move. Kids pick up many of their good and bad habits early in life, so Choosy's message is to help kids learn the value of healthy living now, so that as they grow, they will be fit for their future.
