Conserving Truth: A Brief History of Western Conservatism, is a book dedicated to outlining the core components of what we now articulate as conservative philosophy. Stemming from the roots of classical liberal theory, Conserving Truth argues that there are three main components of conservatism: the emphasis on a free-market economy, individualism and self-sustainability, acknowledgement of our equality in the eyes of God and natural rights delegated to us because of our sole status as humans, and an emphasis of equity and equality of opportunity.
