A group of college friends arrive at the quaint Chalupa House in the woods outside of Benton for a summer of relaxation and fun. The owners, a kindly older couple, give the group free-reign of the place but advise that there are three rules to adhere to:

1. Keep the noise down.

2. Clean up after yourself.

3. Don't go in the attic.

However, one by one, the group decides to explore what lies above them and in doing so, they will each meet a grisly fate from the unconscionable evil beyond the door.
