Launched in 1961, Satellite Publishing Co. emerged from the underground world of Times Square bookstores to become a defining force in fetish illustration. This volume captures the explosive two-year collaboration between Stanton and Bilbrew— two artists whose distinctive styles shaped an entire genre. Despite FBI scrutiny, poor sales, and creative tensions that briefly separated the partners, these works represent a pivotal moment when fetish art transitioned from John Willie's Bizarre magazine toward a bolder, more narrative-driven aesthetic.
