It's a Big Tent: Contemplating Ancient Faith Through a Modest, Missional Anglican Lens

This book took shape as an attempt to help Narrate, and those adjacent to it, reconcile its past with its present and future. It is not a how-to manual or a theological argument, but a story: one about uncovering a need that emerged unexpectedly. Through personal narrative, theological reflection, and gentle exploration, it invites readers to contemplate the value added by ancient Christianity—not as a retreat into the past, but as a missional path forward.

While rooted in the particular journey of Narrate, it is also offered to anyone exploring ancient faith in general, and C4SO Anglicanism in particular. Written for the curious, the weary, the skeptical, and the hopeful alike, this book does not aim to make the reader Anglican. Instead, its hope is to inspire a historically anchored, Kingdom-of-God-shaped modesty—one that takes Jesus seriously, honors the breadth of the Church, and leaves room for faith to grow without the pressure to arrive anywhere quickly.
