This book is inspired by actual events. There comes a time in everyone's life when something is told to you, & you remember it and try to understand it for the rest of your life. This occurred to me in 1996 while practicing law in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I accepted a client for an age discrimination case. He had the most unusual job with a government contractor; he monitored space long before any satellites were in orbit. He later alleged that he coordinated the retrieval of crashed alien spacecraft & the pilots within.
At about the same time, a local United States Congressman made national headlines. He requested the Department of the Air Force to turn over any records they may have on an alleged spacecraft crash outside of Roswell, NM. When he felt the Air Force was stonewalling him, he pressed further. He forced the Air Force to retract that they had recovered a "weather balloon." Instead, the Air Force now admits that the crashed spacecraft was part of a secret program called Operation Mogul to monitor the Soviet Union's atomic detonations. Unfortunately for the Air Force, it was later discovered that the Soviet Union was not detonating any nuclear devices at that time, not until two years later.
The book reveals my client's incredible stories during his 49 years of employment, including an alleged secret UFO air war that started during the Korean War and continued in the 1990s over the skies of New Mexico. Unfortunately, within a month, my client was mysteriously dead. I later attempted to confirm some of his stories by filing a Freedom of Information Act request through my Congressman's office against the Air Force. Afterward, two strange men broke into my office, & the file on my dead client was missing.
Two attempts were made on my life. Both my girlfriend and myself ended up in the hospital with life-threatening injuries. The Congressman was dead within a year. Consequently, I closed my law practice, moved out of New Mexico, and acquired a law license in neighboring Arizona.
The central question of this book is NOT whether the UFOs are real or if humans are being abducted. By the preponderance of the evidence, it has already been established by thousands of reported sightings and abductions from reputable people.
The central question is: What is the alien agenda? What do they want? Assuming they are real, how long can our government and military intelligence continue to ignore the alien presence? And finally, are Americans ready for the disclosure of the alien agenda, no matter how horrific? Living in a democracy, I always thought our government should be truthful and transparent. However, my client's revelations and subsequent confirmations had me second-guessing whether an honest and transparent government is in our best interests.
Legal issues are also explored, such as: Could the continued ignoring of the alien presence by our intelligence agencies be interpreted as collaboration with the aliens and, therefore, constitute a crime of aiding or abetting the alien's crimes of kidnapping or abduction?
Or can the military intelligence department's affirmative acts of providing a cover for the alien's activities through issuing nonsensical explanations in response to witness reports of alien spacecraft amount to a more serious crime of conspiracy or being an accomplice or accessory to the crimes of kidnapping or sexual assault?
Is ignorance of the alien's presence the best policy for the Pentagon and the American People when there is an ongoing threat to their safety and national security? Many great men have wrestled with this dilemma. Unfortunately, they are now all dead. That honorable list includes a Congressman, Harvard Medical School's Chairman of Psychiatry, a Physicist Professor at the University of Arizona, a nuclear physicist, and a Major in the Military. This does not imply that their deaths were a result of a conspiracy, only the need to pursue the truth.
