As my journey continued, I began gaining recognition as a Puerto Rican chef and content creator. I left Lowell, Massachusetts, chasing a bigger dream, spending some time in Queens, New York, before eventually settling into my new home in Jersey city, New Jersey.

The road wasn’t easy. Through a long move, financial struggles, and uncertainties of my safety, I still never stopped creating. I stayed focused, kept my faith strong, and continued developing new recipes while building my brand from the ground up in a new state.

Once I was settled, I created puerto rico food recipes part 2 a new addition to the collection. Bigger and better hardcover and softcover, ebook with 35 special recipes that represent that chapter of my journey. With more experience as an author and the support of my management and creative team, this project became my most polished and meaningful work yet & this is only the beginning. Every recipe is made with passion, dedication, and Puerto Rican pride.
