Stories of The Kings and Queens of Việt Nam is a bilingual book about the history of Vietnam: important figures, superheroes, striking historical events, and poignant loves stories.
Part 1 is written in English while Part 3 is in Vietnamese. Part 2 describes short videos about Vietnamese heroes or
heroines grounded in classical music. These videos are available on Youtube under the heading “Traditional
music by Nguyễn Thanh Long” or “Historical narratives.”
The second section of this second edition details the early modern period. It includes the history of the Republic of
Vietnam from the Bảo Đại period to the fall of Saigon on April 30, 1975.
Our goal is to promote the most characteristic events reflecting the culture of the people and their country.
