Where You Left Me
Jeremiah left ten years ago and never looked back.
Coming back was never part of the plan.
But one stop he shouldn’t make, turns into something he can’t walk away from.
Because Isaac.. is still here.
He’s older. Stronger. And carrying ten years of anger Jeremiah never stayed to face.
Forced into each other’s orbit, resentment burns hot, but it doesn’t stand a chance against the tension building underneath it. Not when every look feels like a dare. Not when every almost feels like something they won’t be able to come back from.
Because there’s one thing neither of them can ignore.
Isaac knows Jeremiah will leave again.
And Jeremiah knows he never should’ve come back.
Some things were never meant to be left behind.
And this time… it might destroy them both.
